Cover Media pic LOS ANGELES, June 8 - Ariana Grande wants to make one thing clear: She does not belong to anyone, but herself.
"Being ‘empowered’... is not the same as being a ‘bitch’..." states Grande. Ariana said in the essay.
It seems like she's having a really great time on her Honeymoon Tour goofing off with her friends and performing for her Arianators.
Ariana Grande reminded the world that neither she, nor any woman, is the "property/possession" of a man in a smart, scathing note posted to Twitter.
It's a resounding YES from Ariana Grande, 21, who had that and a whole lot more to say when drawn on the topic of whether or not she's dating Niall Horan.
Following her split, Grande has been focused on her career. She wishes that reporters would go beyond asking her "boy questions’ when they have "so many other things to talk about"".
Speaking to The Sun on Sunday, she said "A girl can be friends which something with a d***k and not hop on it. We live in a horrendously one-tracked-mind world. HE’S A STUD. A BOSSSSSSS, a KING". "But myself. And neither do you", she added while addressing the post to her women followers and to women in general.
"I know y’all know this but the double standard and misogyny are still ever present".
After the interview began gaining traction online, however, Grande used her vast social media presence to comment on the way people discuss her personal life and what being a woman means in 2015.
She's spent the past eight years "feeling like I constantly had to have a boy by my side", she said. "After being on my own now for a few months, I am realizing that that's just not the case", the star explained in the tweet. "I want the people reading this that they're more than enough on their own".
