Adele will reportedly mark her musical comeback with live appearances on "Saturday Night Live" and the "Today" show. She returned briefly with her 2012 Bond theme "Skyfall", collected her Oscar, then retreated back to a quieter life in England - occasionally resurfacing in pictures with Stevie Nicks or out for her birthday dressed up as George Michael.
It was clear that Adele is promoting her much-awaited album and fans and viewers got to see a bit of it when the screen showed bits of the song's lyrics while Adele sang in the background.
Fans hungry for new Adele music may have just gotten a nibble. The music industry has no idea when but it seems to be excited about her return. Her upcoming record will be her first in four years and insiders say she'll address her feelings about her first love.
May 4, 2014: Adele appears to tease 25 for the first time.
The album possibly titled 25-is rumored to be dropping in November, but Adele's reps won't confirm any details. Another commenter suggested that the snippet might be a promotional song for Adele's new album.
However, The Sun reports that the song could be released "as early as Friday".
Said album also contains collaborations with The Voice judge Pharell Williams, Max Martin and One Republic's Ryan Tedder. He calls the songs she's done with Danger Mouse that he's heard so far "very middle of the ground".
