The rumored video for 25's first single - and Adele's first new song in three years - Hello, is finally here.
As breakfast show host Nick Grimshaw was cuing the song up, the singer said she was "going to belch".
On her Twitter post, she further reflected about how she was then as a teen, and how much things she thought didn't matter then mattered to her now.
Adele has released "Hello", the first single from her new album '25'.
"I'm going to belch, I think", the down-to-earth Londoner told the BBC Radio 1 DJ just before she calmed her nerves enough to introduce the new track, which serves as the lead single from her third album, 25.
Fans can expect the album to be released on iTunes on November 20th. She said, her new album would nearly have the same theme as her previous works.
"My last record was a breakup record, and if I had to label this one I would call it a makeup record", Adele said in a statement Thursday. "It's so typical of me to talk about myself, I'm sorry I hope that you're well. Did you ever make it out of that town where nothing ever happened?" After watching, we have to say that Adele has definitely made up for lost time by bringing us music to suit our teary-eyed needs. "I don't want to say something for the sake of it. We've been sitting on it. There's been five people doing 300 people's jobs".
One fan tweeted, "Adele sold too many damn records to have a flip phone", other wrote "Adele came back with a black and white video...a flip phone...and the hurt from a Black man..."
"25 is about getting to know who I've become without realizing", Adele concluded.
She added that having a baby two years ago (understandably) took her out of the songwriting headspace, making it "a bit difficult" to get back into the habit, and revealed how it indirectly delayed her next album plans in an unexpected way.
