Halle Berry to divorce husband Olivier Martinez 'with a heavy heart'

Halle Berry and husband Olivier Martinez have split. A lawsuit filed over the incident last week may have inflamed tensions in the marriage leading to the timing of the divorce filing. Although the news of Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez's split just broke, the couple have actually been living separately for about a year now.
Rumours of a split have been plaguing the now-ex-couple for a while now, with plenty o' tabloids noting their recent lack of public outings, and that time she forgot her own wedding anniversary.
This is Berry's third divorce. He doesn't understand why Halle wants to work so much and is still so focused on her career. "She sacrificed so much for her children, and to end my life would be an incredibly selfish thing to do".

Martinez was also said to be depressed at being constantly located in Los Angeles while Berry was working on the TV series "Extant" and worldwide promoting her work. However, their relationship was anything but picture-perfect.
A source close to Berry tells after a bitter custody battle, a judge ordered the actress to pay $16,000 per month to Aubry, until she turns 19 years old or graduates from high school.
Though Berry dated Aubry for five years - they met on the set of a Versace photo shoot - and had a nice daughter together, they never quite made it down the aisle.
After rumors that the two might have been having problems, Berry told Extra TV, "I think he's delicious". They secretly got engaged in 2011 and tied the knot in July 2013 at the Chateu des Conde in Vallery, France. "Wow, two years. That's big for me".
In 1993, then a virtual unknown in Hollywood, former beauty queen-turned-actress Berry married the tall and handsome baseball player.
