It's official: Bernie Sanders has endorsed Democratic rival Hillary Clinton for president, but he's still not officially dropping out of the race.
Speaking on the Sanders campaign, Mrs. Clinton said, "Senator Sanders has brought people off the sidelines and into the political process".

Grijalva, a strong supporter of Sanders, noted that the endorsement will be important to "motivate" the millions of voters who backed Sanders in the primaries.
The rally, held at Portsmouth High School in New Hampshire, confirms that that Mrs. Clinton has an unobstructed road to secure the Democratic party nomination. "I think there's a lot of risks in there to us as a country".
Eventually, Clinton took the stage and said, "We are joining forces to defeat Donald Trump!".
Secretary Clinton is now the presumptive Democratic presidential nominee and is expected to be officially named to represent the party in the upcoming general election at the Democratic National Convention, which is set to kick off on July 25 in Philadelphia.

In recent weeks Sanders has influenced the Democratic Party platform on a number of issues, including minimum wage, giving some of his supporters hope for a Hillary presidency.
"Thank you for your lifetime of fighting injustice", the ex-secretary of state told Sanders, while assuring his followers that "I am proud to be fighting alongside you, because, my friends, this is a time for all of us to stand together".
