Xiaomi entered the India market in July 2014 and to thank their Mi fans, the company is marking the occasion with various online and app based bundle deals, discounts and offers across a variety of smartphones and accessories.
The sale will beginon 20 of July and will continue for three days till the 22 of the month. It is launched in India for Rs. 999.
The announcement came from Xiaomi's India head Manu Jain, who also informed of the price cuts for the Mi 4 and the Mi 5 on Twitter. However, the latest news is that the Chinese tech giant has reportedly renamed this device to "Xiaomi Redmi Pro" instead. The continued success of all these products has helped us become an integral part of fabric of India. There is no confirmation on what this product actually is, but there are rumors about a Xiaomi Notebook. According to Gizmochina, Xiaomi wrote that one of the reveals will be called the Redmi Pro - previous rumours had suggested the name Xiaomi Redmi Note 4. During that time, interested buyers who are looking to buy the Mi 5 can snap up the handset at Rs 22999, a major Rs 2000 drop from its original Rs 24999 cost. Citing the image, it also being said that the Note 4 will be fronted with a 5.5-inch screen and fueled with a 4100mAh of battery. The old price tag of the smartphone was Rs 14,999 and will now be available for Rs 10,999. The Mi 4 can be purchased exclusively on Flipkart and Mi.com. 1 flash sale at 2pm IST on each day - as with most flash sales, registrations will be required to participate, and limited products will be on offer. Customers will have to pre-registration before availing the offer.
Just to recall the Xiaomi Mi Note sports a 5.7-inch FHD display upfront and is powered by a Snapdragon 801 chip under the hood. It also shows that the Redmi Note 3 will flaunt a metallic body with antenna bands on top and bottom. July 22 will also have a flash sale where 10 x Mi Max smartphones and 100 x Mi Bluetooth Speakers will be available.
There have been rumors recently that Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a new handset.
Apart from this base version, Xiaomi will be offering a high-end variant of the Redmi Pro as well. Buyers of the 20000mAh Mi Power Bank will get either the Mi LED Light Enhanced or Mi USB Fan free.
Xiaomi Mi Capsule or Mi Piston Air headphones comes with volume control and mic. It comes with durable and tangle free cable.
Currently, the Redmi Note 3 is priced at Rs 9,999 for the 2GB 16GB variant while the 3GB 32GB variant is priced at Rs 11,999.
It does not end here. The Mi TV has also been offered as the bumper prize and can be won by one lucky person taking part in the sale using the company store application.
