Kim And Kanye Unlikely To Face Prosecution For Secret Taylor Swift Recording

Swift responded to the video of the conversation being posted with an Instagram post pointing out that at no point in the conversation does Kanye use word "b--", the part of the lyric she takes offense to.

TMZ wrote, "Here's the problem ... in California, if someone records a "confidential communication" and the other party to the conversation doesn't know it's being taped, it's a crime". You can also apparently hear several of the camera crew speaking in the background.

Taylor Swift is not waving the white flag in her war with Kanye West over the secret audio recording... our Taylor sources say she may still file a police report because she says Kanye committed a felony.

It sounds as though Sharon isn't a massive fan of the Kardashians as she said that with the Kardashians wading in on the drama, there's no need for it, and she hopes Taylor continues to do what she does best. Robert Kardashian, Kim's father, served as Simpson's attorney. However, that law does not apply if the conversation "may be overheard" - and the full conversation between West and Swift sees other parties, including leading producer Rick Rubin join the couple's discussions.

In response, Taylor could be heard saying: "It's like a compliment". "I pray that she will understand 'adultery and bitches" are just daddy's form of art and not to worry because not every man thinks like him".

However, Taylor later insisted she never approved the actual lyric that Kanye used in the track, "I feel like me and Taylor still might have sex / Why?"

On Monday, one day after Kim, 35, leaked the secret recording in a series of Snapchat videos, TMZ reported that Taylor's team had threatened the 39-year-old rapper with legal action over the footage.
