Director Zack Snyder sent shockwaves through the comic book geek universe on Saturday by dropping the first trailer for the Justice League movie on his Twitter account. The logo flashes and it's briefly back to the scene in the beginning of the footage featuring Wayne making a quip to Aquaman about his power of talking to fish. Oh, and of course Gal Gadot's
Wonder Woman Patty Jenkins, who said that it's long overdue for women to direct superhero movies and she's excited to be a part of [the DCEU films]. They also revealed a teaser poster for the movie, which you can see below. They started off by sharing the first trailer for Wonder Woman, and now they've shared almost three-minutes of footage from Justice League. Gal Gadot plays Wonder Woman, Ray Fisher is Cyborg, Ezra Miller is The Flash and Jason Momoa plays Aquaman. Check out the Justice League trailer screenshots in the gallery below!
Justice League, the DC Cinematic Universe's second major ensemble after the upcoming supervillain team-up Suicide Squad, hits multiplexes November 2017. The film will find Batman and Wonder Woman recruiting the members of the Justice League to fight their greatest enemy to date. After watching this trailer I am much more optimistic about Snyder's third DC outing though, so here's hoping the finished film is just as entertaining as this clip. There's a glimpse of The Flash's powers, Cyborg's full costume, and Aquaman looking damn majestic as waves crash down on him.
