Fans have taken up desperate measures, even threatened to boycott AMC's show to know which of their beloved characters were killed by Jeffrey Dean Morgan a.k.a Negan. It's fucking Negan's world now.
Looks like Negan will be unapologetically cruel in the first half of The Walking Dead Season 7. The second special will recap all six seasons of The Walking Dead to date airing on October 16, between Fear the Walking Dead's finale and The Walking Dead's premiere. After first watching the trailer, there are a few big takeaways: Jeffrey Dean Morgan is great casting for Negan, we're going to the Kingdom, King Ezekiel, TIGER (aka Shiva), action, walkers, walker action, oh hey Tara and Heath are back, TIGER! Says the actor - in the appropriate vernacular of the man he is playing - "It's a reset on The Walking Dead world".
AMC today announced that the trailers it premiered at Comic-Con International in San Diego Friday promoting the upcoming seventh season of "The Walking Dead" and second half of the second season of "Fear the Walking Dead" have been viewed online almost 25 million times, a new record eclipsing the activity generated by last year's respective trailers over the first four days of availability. It's a different show now. And some of your characters that you've grown to love are not going to be on the show anymore, and it's going to end badly for them.
We have answers to all that and more, including the massive impact Negan will bring to the show in season 7. Fans sit with their fingers crossed hoping The Walking Dead Season 7 does not do a Game of Thrones to them.
