Can't sleep? Terry Francona has a frozen cure for that

Terry Francona couldn't sleep before Sunday's World Series Game 5.

Hey, there's no better comfort food than ice cream.

So what did room service say when he placed such a large order.

His team won that night's game by a score of 7-2 and took a 3-1 series lead, inching closer to their first World Series championship since 1948. Probably pretty bloated. Nothing a little World Series celebration can't sure.

"How many people?" he said. The brownie sundae, two orders of chocolate, and two orders of vanilla with chocolate sauce, to pivot off the chocolate just a hair. "Wanted to tap out with two scoops left, but powered through".

That didn't help his insomnia, though, as Francona said life was "not fun" for a few hours afterward.

Then, as the Indians were heading back home Sunday night after losing 3-2 to the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field, Cleveland's plane apparently had mechanical issues, which robbed Francona another night's rest.

Francona has had bad luck when it comes to sleeping during the World Series.
