New credit card rewards Prime members

The online retailer is introducing a new card for Prime customers offering 5% back on all Amazon.com purchases.
Obviously, this card doesn't appeal to anyone who isn't on Prime, but it's yet another reason to take the Prime plunge or for current Prime members to squeeze every last value out of their $99-per-year membership. As for the other nuts and bolts of the card, the Amazon Prime Rewards card offers April of 14.74% to 22.74%.
"You can check if your card earns 5% Back on Amazon.com purchases by going to Your Account and clicking Manage Payment Options". Amazon announced that Amazon Prime Rewards Visa would come with 5 percent back on all Amazon purchase, 2 percent at select places like gas stations and one percent on all other purchases.

In addition to rewards for Amazon purchases, the Prime card will give cardholders 2 percent cash back for purchases at restaurants, gas stations and drugstores and 1 percent back on all other purchases.
