Manny Pacquiao appears to want in on the Conor McGregor boxing match superfight sweepstakes, as he's willing to step into the squared circle with the UFC lightweight champ if negotiations with Floyd Mayweather fall through.
Pacquiao said he would agree to fight McGregor for the right price.
It is now unclear which athletic commissions would even sanction a boxing match between Mayweather, one of the greatest boxers of his generation, and McGregor, who would be making his professional debut.
White has gone on record saying that McGregor is not in the company's immediate plans, but he did say that in a potential bout with Mayweather, McGregor would be the bigger star. "I'm a business man and it makes more business sense", said Floyd. The Notorious already has a California state boxing licence ahead of his rumoured match-up with Floyd Mayweather Jr.

"I didn't see it [footage of Conor sparring]. Boxing is different than MMA", he said.
However, the question is who will promote this fight?
The UFC has not played well when it came to working with other organizations.
Diaz is still under contract with the UFC and has had 23 fights for them since 2007.
The senator and world champion thinks that any talk about a fantasy bout between Mayweather and McGregor is only meant to generate press attention for the fighters.

The tweet comes just a week after UFC president Dana White proposed a $25 million-each payday to both combatants for a sanctioned boxing showdown, along with a cut of the pay-per-view profits from their proposed super fight.
