Former presidents Clinton and Bush among VIPs arriving for inauguration ceremony

"Mrs. Bush, meanwhile, continues to feel better and is focusing on spending time with her husband", the spokesman said. Earlier in the week, he said no other family members were flying in because they felt everything was stable and moving in the right direction.

41 is a reference to George H.W. Bush being the 41st President of the United States of America. He spent Christmas 2012 in intensive care for a bronchitis-related cough and other issues.
