ROMELU LUKAKU drove to training in a swanky Rolls Royce Phantom just a day after telling Everton he will not sign a new deal with the club.
Koeman says he is not afraid about the situation because Lukaku has more than two years on his contract.
"It is not an ultimatum but that is normal - that is business".
"The player by himself needs to understand it's not an ultimatum".
Everton blocked Lukaku from returning to former club Chelsea last summer and must decide whether they can risk adopting that hardline stance once again with a player who clearly feels his own progress is outgrowing that of Ronald Koeman's side.
"Then like sometimes I will speak to Vincent Kompany who was at (Manchester) City when it all happened". If Everton is not a club with a lot of ambition I would not be manager. If he is fit, he will start and he will play and he will score goals.
Everton host Premier League strugglers Hull on Saturday, and Koeman insisted there is no need for Lukaku to miss out on the game following his interview.
He spoke to the media on Wednesday at a club-organised community event and also voiced his concerns over Everton's pursuit of several transfer targets.
"If Everton don't get into the top four next season, then yes you can see him moving on then".
It's also been reported by Jack Wilson of the Daily Star that Raiola and Woodward "have now become friends following their regular transfer dealings", with last summer's influx of star talent presumably bringing the two together.
The Belgian forward - who is the Premier League's joint top goalscorer this season, level with Harry Kane on 19 - has hinted that he wants to challenge his abilities in the Champions League. 'But to do that, you need the platform to show yourself.
Raiola's appearance comes at an interesting time for United's attack, too, considering Ibrahimovic's one-year contract expires at the end of this season, with no clear indicator as of yet in regards to whether he'll sign an extension.
