When Samsung announced that the Galaxy S8 had facial recognition, my first thought was "I hope it's not easy to hack". Everyone's talking about the "infinite" display and the other updates.
Samsung has recently released its new DeX accessory, which has been designed for the Samsung S8. Samsung also know that simply making good looking phones won't do, they have to practical.
The two handsets, fitted with screens of 5.8 and 6.2 inches, include Samsung's upgraded digital assistant Bixby, competing in a field that includes Apple's Siri and Google's Assistant. The home button for the phones is now located under the glass at the bottom of the displays and offers haptic feedback when pressed by users.
The facial recognition in the smartphone has proved to have lightening quick capabilities and the facial tracking features are able to instantly recognize the users face - the process seems to be much faster than fingerprint recognition. This is besides the iris scanner that was already present in the Samsung Note 7. The only difference is that the camera in the Micromax phone is at the centre of the rear panel.
Autofocus Front Camera: The regular camera has remained more or less the same, besides for some minor improvements.
Dex Mode: If you purchase a special Samsung Dex dock, you can transform your smartphone into a kind of desktop.
Beyond all its exciting new features, Samsung also addressed the elephant in the room - is the S8's battery safe?
The S8 will be released for the U.S. market on April 21, and on the 28th for the rest of the world.
There is also a Samsung S8 Microsoft version.
Another 40 percent said that they will not be buying Samsung's latest Galaxy S8 duo while 30 percent were still on the fence in regards to the devices. So it is unclear whether this phone will get the same name as mentioned or not.
