One of the plaintiffs, Quantasia Sharpton, held a news conference with her celeb lawyer, Lisa Bloom, saying Usher picked her out of a crowd during a concert and later had sex with her.
She claims that she was later approached by Usher's security guard who told her that Usher was "interested" in her and asked for her phone number.
Sharpton said she had sexual contact with Usher at a hotel more than two years ago when she was 19 years old, and that he never warned her about the STD. Two of the accusers, one of whom has tested positive for herpes, remain anonymous, but the other, Quantasia Sharpton, went public with her accusation at a news conference in NY.
Three different people sued R&B singer, Usher, on Monday, claiming the "You Got it Bad" singer didn't warn them he had herpes.
Represented by celebrity attorney Lisa Bloom, two other people are listed in Sharpton's lawsuit against Usher.
A plaintiff in a lawsuit filed against singer Usher spoke publicly on Monday, detailing the circumstances that lead to sex with the musician when she was 19. "Enjoying [her] last couple of hours as a regular girl", she posted under the alias Angel Valentino on Facebook, just hours before her press conference with Bloom.
"When I first heard reports that [Usher] had herpes, I couldn't believe it..."
Usher has never publicly denied having herpes, or made an effort to contact them (the three) to confirm or deny the reports, the lawsuit states. One of the plaintiffs even claimed that the singer caused her "birthing complications".
New York Marine is asking the court to rule that they are not obligated to defend Usher in the Georgia lawsuit, the California lawsuits or any future lawsuit that may arise involving the transmission of the herpes virus. She also added that others have come forward, claiming that they too engaged in sexual activity with the singer.
"Genital herpes is highly contagious and incurable".
The company also claims he hid a previous lawsuit related to the sexually transmitted infection, which he's thought to have settled in 2012 for $1.1 million. "Usher if you are negative, please say so".
"Although I am negative, I was upset by the reports and I would have never consented had I known", Sharpton said.
The 8-time Grammy victor has not publicly addressed the allegations.
