The company has also showcased a new teaser video which indicates that Xiaomi will also announce the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 along with Mi MIX 2 on the same date. Xiaomi's founder Lin Bin has teased a video on Weibo which shows Mi MIX 2. That's because the previous Mi Note 2 was launched past year alongside the original Mi Mix.
On the other hand, the Mi Note 3 is expected to feature a dual-edge curved QHD super AMOLED screen with 2,560x1,440 pixels resolution, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa-core processor, an Android 7.1.1 Nougat-based MIUI 9 operating system, a 6GB/8GB RAM, and a 4,000mAh battery.
It Wouldn't have surprised that a year ago, the company had launched unveiled the Mi Note 2 alongside the Mi Mix.
The Mi Note 3 has been subjected to numerous leaks and rumors in the past. Furthermore, the poster reveals that Mi Note 3 is being advertised by Chinese actor and singer, Wu Yifan. Apart from that, it also looks like the Mi Note 3 will have glass back, giving it bit of a more premium feel. It is expected to come in two variants - 6GB of RAM with 128GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM with 256GB of internal storage, with no provision for additional storage.
However, to a dual rear camera setup on the back, the teaser does point something that has rumored back in May as well, and a glossy metallic finish with Blue as a colour option.
Smartphone Xiaomi Mi Note 3 show to display the company's products in Beijing on 11 September, the day before the announcement of the iPhone 8. The phone will also come with a quick charge 4.0 fast charging technology. Better value than United Kingdom flagships, but with a gorgeous design and the same powerful performance and features, the Mi Note sits at the top of Xiaomi's line-up for a reason. And now, it seems like Lin Bin has spilled some beans regarding the specifications of the Mi Note 3. Rumours suggest that it will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 835 processor and will be backed by a 4070mAh, which will be non-removable battery. Notably, the new variant of the smartphone has been launched in just one configuration, i.e. 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage priced at Rs. 12,999.
