The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is getting a new explorer's edition soon, and it comes with all the adventuring essentials you'll need for the massive Hylian adventure.
Black Friday will also likely see people trying to score a Nintendo Switch. As Nintendo of America's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Doug Bowser states, these items include the Switch, Super NES Classic Edition, 3DS, and plenty of games for each.
For the biggest sales day of the year on November 24, Nintendo is doing two big Black Friday deals: a Zelda-inspired 2DS packed with The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D at $79.99, and The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Explorer's Edition for the Switch at $59.99.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is immediately available for the Nintendo Switch, while The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D is immediately available for the Nintendo 3DS.
But this isn't all Nintendo is offering on Black Friday. A Nintendo Switch Pro Controller themed around Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be available at a suggested retail price of $99.99 (both launch December 1). Still, it ends up being $59.99 for everything, which is the current price of the game alone.
If you skipped out on purchasing a Nintendo 2DS in the past because you didn't like the color schemes, there's a brand new version that might just strike your fancy. 2 game at a suggested retail price of $79.99 (now available).
For fans of cool hardware: A white-and-orange New Nintendo 2DS XL system at a suggested retail price of $149.99 (now available). It includes a sound selection CD, metal game case, and art book for $99.99 Dollars. A Nintendo Switch Pro Controller themed around Xenoblade Chronicles 2 will be available at a suggested retail price of $74.99 (both launch December 1).
As this announcement came out of Nintendo of America, there's no sign of either of these editions coming to the United Kingdom just yet.
