She's been staying at the couple's home in the Hamptons and has rarely left since the sexual misconduct claims against Lauer came out and he was sacked from the NBC morning show.
Roque, a Dutch-born former model, was seen getting breakfast after dropping her children off at school Wednesday in Sag Harbor, New York.
While Lauer isn't planning a TV comeback, it appears he hopes his marriage survives as he's been spotted still wearing his wedding ring, according to the Post.
While Roque has not yet publicly commented on the allegations against Lauer, her father spoke to the Daily Mail, saying his daughter has plans to divorce Lauer.
"She is not going to stay with him and work it out", Henri, who lives near Amsterdam, told the outlet.
"There are no words to express my sorrow and regret for the pain I have caused others by words and actions", he said.
"I have no words for her husband", Henri reportedly told the publication.
"He was a player when she met him and she knew that", a colleague tells People. Though the two are still reportedly living together for now, Roque's father said a divorce is impending.
NBC's announced on November 28 that Lauer was being fired for "inappropriate sexual behavior", cutting the star of its highly lucrative morning show.
NBC has not yet set a timeline to find a Lauer replacement, but Kotb has been working alongside Guthrie since Lauer's departure from the network was announced.
How much Lauer's status may have protected him from allegations of impropriety is among the questions that have been raised.
During their marriage, one insider at NBC claimed that Lauer "regularly cheated on his wife." In fact, a former employee has now alleged that Lauer used a secret under-the-desk button to lock her inside his office and assault her in 2001. Some of what is being said about me is untrue or mischaracterized, but there is enough truth in these stories to make me feel embarrassed and ashamed.
