Fortunately for them, Capcom is now running a sale on the iOS version of Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, a full-featured and surprisingly expansive Monster Hunter title that originally released for the Sony PlayStation Portable back in 2008.
With Monster Hunter World having hit Capcom's sales targets for the current financial year after having been on the market for around three weeks, it's safe to say at this point that the action role-playing game is quite the success. He added that their immediate answer to this was launching the "Monster Hunter XX" on Switch. It should be nothing that would concern hunters that aren't willing to pay more for the game.
Specifically, the Capcom president said that, "It is hard to put out "Monster Hunter World" for the Switch".
Monster Hunter: World has broken some records by selling a pretty good number of copies to date for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, but some people who have the Nintendo Switch are still waiting for the game to come to their favorite console. "Each game console has its own characteristics, and our software designers need to make software adapted to them", he said. "From now on, we're looking at how we can support the Switch with our games, and that also includes Monster Hunter".
Of course, the last bit of his statement's were postivie, commenting that Capcom is working on how to adapt titles for Switch "in the future".
We're aware of that request.
Monster Hunter World is now the best-selling Monster Hunter game to date, passing 6 million units last week. He's a fan of the outdoors when not writing, while also being an avid runner and world traveler. That would take more time to create the animation and gameplay and everything else and delay the game more even if Capcom released it for the Xbox One and PS4 first.
