The Z2 Force is much acclaimed for its ability to withstand extreme pressure and daily wear and tear. This is something that is missing in the OnePlus 5T and the Mi Mix 2.
It is reported that the Moto G6 will feature a 5.7-inch Full HD+ display, 3GB/4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB internal memory (with microSD card slot), a dual 12MP + 5MP main camera setup, and a 16MP front-snapper.
On board the smartphone are two 12-megapixel camera sensors with an aperture size of f/2.0 and backed by phase detection autofocus (PDAF) along with dual tone dual-LED flash.
Moto Actions one can perform different actions by performing different gestures on the fingerprint scanner, which is embedded in the home button. A 12-megapixel and 5-megapixel dual sensor rear camera is also being associated with the G6, as is a 16-megapixel front camera. The handset is pre-loaded with Android 7.1 Nougat and also features exclusive Motorola Experience such as Moto Voice and Moto Display. The device will come with Android Oreo out of the box and will be source its power from a 2,730mAh battery.
The biggest selling points of the device are the shatter-proof screen and Moto Mods. The USP of Moto Z2 Force is its ShatterShield display which is guaranteed not to crack or shatter with a guarantee of four years. Just like other Moto Z smartphones, there are pogo pin connectors to connect different Moto Mods. Motorola has launched only the Super Black color in India. Motorola is also bundling TurboPower Pack mod with the Z2 Force, and it adds additional 3490mAh battery taking the overall battery capacity to 6220mAh. In addition to screen damages, the Z2 Force also comes with water repellent nano-coating for protection against splashes.
The world's second-largest smartphone market has hosted a number of special launches lately, but although the Moto Z2 Force is billed as a "limited edition" device in India, the same exact model has been available stateside since way back in August. The smartphone is set to go on sale via Flipkart and Motorola's Moto Hub offline stores from 11:59 PM, 15 February onward.
