The film's estimated budget is over Rs 100 crore and it is expected to do massive business at the box office when it comes out this Eid.
Bollywood is keeping its finger's crossed and is awaiting Friday's hearing of the actor's bail application. "As other films have just been announced", Mehra said.
In the past decade or so, the 52-year-old has mega-hits like "Ek Tha Tiger" and its sequel "Tiger Zinda Hai", then "Dabangg" and "Dabangg 2", besides "Sultan" and "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" among several others to his credit.
Prominent among the films that will either go on the floor or being planned with him as the hero Race 3, Bharat, Kick 2, Dabangg 3, No Entry Mein Entry, Partner 2, Sher Khan and Loveratri.
Salman has nearly finished the shooting of RACE 3 few days back and is set to hit the screens this June.
As far as "Loveratri" is concerned, it is a venture of Salman Khan Films, the star's production, in which he would launch his brother-in-law Aayush Sharma. It was partly shot in Abu Dhabi recently. It is reported that Rs 400 to Rs 600 crore is riding on Salman in the film industry and the judgement will affect three major film projects, says trade analysts. The actor will be seen in "Race 3" and has got "Bharat", "Dabangg 3" lined-up.
"God willing, Salman will be out of this soon. He has a great bouquet of films in hand", said film and trade expert Girish Johar.
Bharat is being made by Salman Khan's brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri. "There's also television show 'Dus Ka Dum", which is supposed to go on air in June".
"Race 3" is slated for 2018 Eid release.
Dabangg 3, which is third in the Dabangg series produced by his own family members, will feature Salman Khan, his brother Arbaaz Khan and Sonakshi Sinha. If he gets sentenced to a long period of time, the money riding on him will go for a toss. Whatever the setback, I think it will be temporary.
But as he is presently convicted for six years imprisonment, it is not known whether Race 3 shooting will be continued or not. For Season 11, Salman was paid a whopping 11 crore per episode.
