While traveling from Washington, D.C.to Penn Station in New York City, Miller had called 911 to report that a woman "has a bomb in her bag".
The train was stopped in CT, detrained, but no evidence of explosives were found by the bomb squad. When Amtrak officials stopped that train too, it was searched and found to be clear of explosives or explosive materials.
Meanwhile, Miller is reported to have become intoxicated while on board his own train, and there are reports that he got into an argument in the First Class vehicle. The charge carries a maximum term of five years.

When asked if he suffered from mental illness, Miller allegedly replied, "No, absolutely not".
No evidence of a bomb was found and when investigators called Miller back he gave a different discription of the woman.
An attorney for Miller declined to comment. An attendant on that train said Miller got kicked off in NY due to intoxication and "hostile exchanges" with a woman sitting near him in a first class vehicle.
Authorities claim that Miller provided false information as the bomb squad investigated, and described the woman differently in a follow-up call, saying that she had black hair and was carrying a suitcase. He was arrested at La Guardia Airport in Queens on Monday night, April 9. There was no bomb on that train, either, the complaint said. I am anxious for everyone on that train.
