At this point, the ship gets attacked by a huge vessel and boarded by a samurai sword-wielding Jade, yes Jade the main protagonist from the first game.
While Elijah took to the stage to talk about his production company SpectreVision, Joseph discussed his online collaborative production company HitRecord. The open universe of Beyond Good and Evil 2 can be played solo or in co-op.

We'll next hear more about Beyond Good and Evil 2 later this fall when Ubisoft throws a dedicated BGE Fest to celebrate the title and show off the progress that the developers and the fans continue to make. Fight alongside unforgettable characters in a stunning new solar system, as you struggle for freedom and the right to determine your own fate among the stars. The ability for creative Beyond Good And Evil fans to contribute music, art, video footage, even written work to the game's development is undeniably cool and exciting.
Ubisoft presented the trailer for Beyond Good and Evil 2 with all the fanfare it deserves. It's a unique idea for sure, and those interested can go to the Beyond Good and Evil website to find more details.
