It went down early Sunday morning (July 22) after Teskashi wrapped up shooting a video.
The report states after he wrapped a video in Brooklyn early Sunday morning he drove home and was blocked in his driveway by another auto. Authorities say the 22-year-old stated he had been the passenger in a auto that was bumped by another vehicle around 4:30 a.m.at Atlantic Avenue and Bedford Avenue, and that three men got out and forced him into their auto.
Tekashi was then tossed into the backseat and, when he came to, he was ordered to hand over his jewelry and money, and was told that otherwise he would be killed, reported TMZ. Three hooded gunmen got out and pistol-whipped the rapper, according to the report, knocked him unconscious and carried him into their auto.
They reportedly made off with around $750,000 in jewelry and $15,000-$20,000 in cash.
The kidnappers allegedly then drove back to Tekashi's home, with one of the gunman staying with the rapper and two entering the house. The gunmen then pulled up to Tekashi's house as two persons went inside the house while the third kept waiting in the auto along with the rapper in the back seat. Tekashi's partner and daughter were inside the house but were not hurt. At one point, he was able to open the door of the vehicle and jumped out. They stopped the auto and one man gave him a chase but stopped because he could be identified.
