Stop-and-frisk was used extensively in New York City until it was deemed unconstitutional because of its impact on minority residents.

West later told reporters of his verbal stylings: "You are tasting a fine wine that has multiple notes to it".
Both Brown and West have been vocal supporters of the president. "Not legal guns. We have the right to bear arms".
