In addition to the FBI, the Barron County sheriff's office is being assisted in the investigation by the state Division of Criminal Investigation. They are husband and wife and the mother and father of Jayme, the missing 13 year old. He said she was last seen at a family gathering on Sunday afternoon. They were identified as 46-year-old Denis Closs and 56-year-old James Closs. Additionally, he said people may have information and not even realize it. Those sounds prompted dispatchers to send deputies to the home.
Fitzgerald clarified that the two deceased adults are Closs' parents.
Fitzgerald spoke with WCOW News 18 at approximately 11:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 15, in a video posted to the TV news station's Facebook page.
Investigators were in and out of the Closs family home Monday, removing evidence.
Naiberg, 72, said his daughter, Denise Closs, and Jayme attended the party, and that his son-in-law, James Closs, was working and couldn't make it. It's unclear if another news conference will be held on Wednesday.
Late Monday night, Miami, Florida police said there may have been sighting of Jayme locally. Barron is 80 miles northeast of Minneapolis.
There were no leads or suspects as of early morning on October 16, and police said that anyone with information about the case should contact the Barron County Sheriff's Department.
An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing Wisconsin teenager whose parents were found dead in their home.
The Explorer's license plate, I60WER, might have been out of Wisconsin.
Barron County Sheriff Chris Fitzgerald said during a Tuesday afternoon briefing that Miami police tweeted the information without consulting with Wisconsin investigators. He also revealed Closs is not considered a runaway. She is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds.
An Amber Alert has been issued for the missing teen.
"Right now she's "missing and endangered" - she's not listed as a suspect", Fitzgerald said, and as of now our focus is in finding a 13-year-old scared girl".
Authorities have not yet released a vehicle or suspect description.

A helicopter flies overhead as the search for missing teen Jayme Closs continues. No cause of death has been released but authorities said gunshots had been fired.
"She's not a suspect at this time", added Fitzgerald.
Teams remained at the resident on Tuesday and are continuing to process the crime scene.
According to Fitzgerald, deputies had never been called to the parent's house before.
