It may be added to the game alongside the Fortnite Season 7 update. And through the new Creative lobby, you can check out other players' creations as well - so even those of us too lazy to build our own worlds can still enjoy the mode.
Best known for its free online multiplayer mode, Battle Royale, in which 100 players land on an island and shoot each other until only one remains, Fortnite has become one of the most successful video games of the last decade.
Creative mode launches for Battle Pass owners alongside Season 7, and for everybody else on December 13. Fortnite players can purchase the dance - which is called "Swipe It" in the game - for their characters. The company has said that they will reveal more details on December 6th, at The Game Awards in Los Angeles.

Epic Games has not confirmed how long server downtime will be this time around, but we expect the game to go offline for around two to three hours. This won't be the first project that Epic Games has pivoted away from this year though, the studio also shut down Paragon back in April in order to double down its focus on Fortnite.
