The enraged woman begins to pull back her hair and tries multiple times to slap and kick the 24-year-old woman.
"What? B***h, I'm Dominican", Ayala said after Lushchinskaya made the comparison.
Lushchinkskaya continues kicking and hitting the woman with her umbrella, eventually breaking it, as other passengers yell for her to stop.
This isn't Lushchinskaya's first brush with the law on the D train; she allegedly pepper-sprayed a man during the summer.
Numerous videos captured the woman, who is white, kicking a woman, who appears to be Asian, and using an umbrella and keys to hit her. "She's not even fighting you back".
The man holding the camera - identified as Juan Ayala - then turns the camera towards himself, proclaiming that it's "too early for this s**t".
A subway rider in NY made a citizen's arrest of a violent straphanger who repeatedly kicked a passenger on a Brooklyn train and hurled a racial slur at the woman.
Ayala started filming the woman as she shouted "F**k off!" at another female passenger on the train.
A number of fellow passengers then scold the woman for being "racist".
Later, Lushchinskaya, who is a white woman, continued her tirade against her victim, who is Asian.
Passengers on the train shout at Lushchinkskaya and appear to try to block her attack.
In a video of the incident posted to Twitter, Lushchinskaya can be seen yelling "fuck off!" repeatedly in the young woman's face while she avoids eye contact and does not respond. She spits at him and then calls him "Mohammed Atta", the name of one of the 9/11 hijackers. That was when Ayala forcibly grabbed her, took her down on the ground and held her until the police came. After a few heated moments, she spat on the floor and called him "F*cking Muhammad" before smacking his phone away.
Lushchinskaya was arrested and charged with menacing in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon, attempted assault, menacing, and harassment, according to ABC 7.
The woman who was targeted in the attack, who wishes to remain anonymous, said she's thankful Lushchinskaya wasn't carrying any weapons.
"She tried me so I had to detain her until the cops showed up", he wrote. "It's not a situation that anybody should be involved in, especially a little girl".
