The Huawei P30 are known for their cameras. Even before the launch, we knew the design so, in this article, we will talk about both the devices in a nutshell.
Huawei, yesterday, announced its latest flagship devices from the P-Series which also equally serve as the successors to the Huawei P20 and P20 Pro devices which were launched previous year as the world's first device with a triple rear-camera setup.
The TOF camera allows the P30 Pro to measure the time that light travels from an object to a camera, and then accurately calculate more layers of depth than the standard foreground and background of most cameras. The FHD+ (2340×1080) Dewdrop display is uninterrupted by the tiny notch, providing the maximum display area in an aesthetic, symmetrical front view.
Has Huawei Image Stabilization, TOF (Pro) and are backed up by advanced AI. Moreover, the P30 doesn't have wireless charging and supports 22.5W charging compared to the 40W Fast charging that the P30 Pro has. The main camera of these new models incorporates the HUAWEI SuperSpectrum sensor. On the other hand, P30 will have a smaller 3,650mAh battery, screen fingerprint reader, will be water and dust resistant and will come in five colours (body). Android 9 Pie with EMUI 9.1 runs out of the box. The Chinese firm is back in the business this year as well by unveiling the successor to the P20 Pro, the all-new Huawei P30 Pro.
The phone is available in four color gradients: Amber Sunrise (red to orange), Aurora (blue to black), Breathing Crystal (amethyst to blue), and Pearl White (basically opalescent). The phone is already up for pre-order, and the price starts at €799 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. Olixar also offers two more cases for the Huawei P30, which are the ExoShield Tough Snap-on Case and the MeshTex Case. The new phone comes with the reverse wireless charging feature and Huawei's Kirin 980 artificial intelligence chipset.
Mate 20 Pro comes with a 6.39-inch display that has a resolution of 1440x3120 and a density of 538-pixels-per-inch.
Those also desiring a more secure method of facial recognition will also surely be more drawn towards the 3D scanning offered by the Mate 20 Pro rather than the P30 Pro's 2D methods. The processor remains the same, i.e., 7nm Kirin 980. Many things are yet to get revealed such as the price of both of the models.
Let's talk about the cameras.
The new Huawei P30 Pro comes packing a new Leica Quad Camera System, including a 40MP main camera with the Huawei SuperSpectrum Sensor, a 20MP ultra-wide angle camera, an 8MP telephoto camera, the Huawei ToF Camera. SuperZoom supports high fidelity magnification up to 5 times optical zoom, 10 times hybrid zoom and 50 times digital zoom, which it achieves through a periscope design.
