That's hardly surprising considering what the competition is up to, but also because we're finally getting 5G phones this year, and OnePlus wants to be one of the first companies on the market with a 5G device. He shared an image on Twitter which consist of the text written in Mandarin along with the launch date. A new leak now suggests May 14 as the global launch date for OnePlus 7 and its "Pro" version as well. The poster was leaked on Weibo but there is no official confirmation from the OnePlus yet. If that info is to be believed, the OnePlus 7 Pro will sport extremely thin bezels, its "chin" will be slightly thicker than the rest of its bezels, while a pop-up camera will be a part of the design. That variant of the phone will probably be considerably more expensive than the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro. That handset is also said to include 48, 16, and 8-megapixel cameras on the back, and those three cameras will be vertically aligned, while its front-facing unit will be hidden away until called upon in the camera application.
Plenty of rumors and leaks have come out for the OnePlus 7, including a possible OnePlus 7 Pro arriving alongside a standard version of the phone.
As highlighted, the OnePlus 7 is expected to feature a 48MP + 16MP + 8MP triple rear camera setup, a curved 6.67-inch Super Optic AMOLED display, a Snapdragon 855 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of storage and of course the latest flavor of Googles Android OS.
