Grab your popcorn and get ready for Disney's next movie: Frozen 2.

Olaf (Josh Gad) and Sven, Elsa will set out on a unsafe but remarkable journey far beyond the gates of Arendelle to use her magical powers. Instead, it appears to be a quest to find the truth. "Now we must hope they are enough", says the frightened troll, Pabbie, to Elsa, Anna, and the rest of the gang in the new preview for Frozen 2.

Though various fabled creatures and an electrifying magenta fire threaten their quest, Anna promises, "I won't let anything happen to her". This week the Walt Disney Animation Studios revealed the new poster for the film.

Frozen 2 isn't going to be your traditional fairytale.

The sisters must journey to the unknown to discover the origins of Elsa's magical powers as friendly trolls warn them of the danger ahead.

"I always write from character-out, and where Elsa is and what Elsa's doing in her life, she's telling me every day".

Many fans interpreted Elsa's journey of self-acceptance through a queer lens, with the Oscar-winning song "Let It Go" labelled a coming-out anthem. After the teaser trailer premiered back in February, we have been dying to know what new threat was descending upon Arendelle. The first movie became a huge worldwide hit in 2013, earning more than $1.3 billion at the global box office.

Why does Elsa have icy superpowers in "Frozen?". The film opens November 22nd and features the voices of Kristen Bell, Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad.
