The committee also voted to authorize subpoenas for documents and testimony related to the Trump administration's immigration policies.
It's unclear when the subpoenas will be served to these individuals, but sources say they are not likely to be issued immediately.
The dozen witnesses - which also include former national security adviser Michael Flynn, former Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski, former Trump aide Rob Porter and former chief of staff John Kelly - all delivered key testimony to the special counsel about Trump's attempts to stop the Russian Federation probe into him and his associates.
Both cooperated with Mueller, providing vivid accounts about episodes at the heart of the special counsel's probe into whether President Donald Trump sought to obstruct justice.
The House Judiciary Committee is also investigating alleged hush payments during the 2016 campaign to two women who claimed to have affairs with Trump, including porn star Stormy Daniels.
The report also outlined several instances where Trump tried to influence the investigation but people around him either refused or quietly allowed the matters to drop. "How many bites at the apple do they get more working on Border Loopholes and Asylum", Trump wrote.

"I have been elected just like anyone else here", she said, speculating that she'd be one of the members cut out.
Collins, too, ripped the tentative hearing format.
