What we are here to talk about is its successor, the Galaxy A50s, which not only carries forward the legacy of this mid-ranger, but also brings along Samsung's legacy of poorly naming scheme. The device gets its juices from 4000mAh battery with 15W fast charging and runs on Android 9.0 Pie OS out-of-the-box.
The rear side of the Galaxy A30s has LED flash assisted triple camera system that contains an f/1.7 aperture 25-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel lens with ultrawide shooter and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.
For optics, Galaxy M30s will have triple camera setup. The Exynos 7904 chipset powers the phone. However, a new addition comes in the form of the Game Booster which helps stabilize frame rates and improve the overall gaming experience.
On the front, the smartphone comes with a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U display and is equipped with on-screen fingerprint unlocking. They are respectively priced at Rs. 22,499 (~$320) and Rs. 24,999 (~$349). Its predecessor, the Galaxy M30, came with a 5,000mAh battery and 15W fast charging support. The selfie camera has been upgraded too from a 25MP to 32MP.
Galaxy A30s also comes with the AI powered Game Booster technology, Knox Security & Samsung Pay (card payments through NFC only).
The company says there will be "hundreds" of apps in the Google Play Store and the Galaxy Store. Like the A50s this device also comes in 2 memory configurations - 4/64GB & 4/128GB.
The smartphones will be available starting from September 11 on Amazon, Paytm Mall, flipkart, Samsung Shop and Samsung Opera House.
Vodafone and Idea users can get a Cashback of INR 75 on recharge of INR 255 through MyVoda App MyIdea App (maximum: 50 recharges, Total Cashback INR 3,750).
