The burden of poor mental health is all around us.
According to a portion of the study's findings, almost half of millennials (ages 23-38) and 75% of Gen Z-ers (ages 4-22) voluntarily left job roles in the past for mental health reasons, which is a stark rise from the study's average of 20%. In the USA, one in five adults experienced mental illness in 2018 - almost 48 million people. However, these warnings don't always address more complex issues like mental health. "The theme of this year's World Mental Health Day is suicide prevention, and we must all come together in the legal community to improve dialogue on mental health issues". It goes without saying that services must be adequately resourced.
"Our research surfaces the need for better support systems and workplace cultures for mental health within companies - in particular, mental health trainings, clarity around existing resources, and more open and inclusive cultures for mental health", researchers said.

A group of video game professionals have started a charity called Safe In Our World, focusing on promoting mental health awareness in the games industry. In fact, such treatment should be a part of overall health-related development in the country.
