Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays at 8 pm on ABC.
It was a tight race but "Dancing With The Stars" has crowned their season 28 victor.
"This whole season has been filled with ups and downs and unexpected twists and turns", Inaba told Us Weekly after Brown was named the victor. Although ABC has not yet announced the celebrities, some of the celebrities eliminated earlier are Lamar Odom, Ray Lewis, Kate Flannery, Sean Spicer and James Van Der Beek, among many others.
The four remaining couples will perform an opening number to Donna Summer's Last Dance.
Brown and Bersten will perform a Viennese waltz from Taylor Swift's "Lover", as well as a free style on a mix of "Girl on Fire" by Alicia Keys and "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani.
The remaining pairs will each perform two dances, and numerous favorite opponents early in the season will likely reappear to celebrate the final.
Mitchell and Carson will repeat their jazz routine to We're All in This Together by the High School Musical cast and later freestyle to Kriss Kross's Jump.
But some fans felt that the show's co-host Erin Andrews' reserved reaction meant she wasn't happy for the winning couple.
The two-hour finale featured live performances from Cher, Pitbull and Ne-Yo.
But before the victor is announced, superstar Cher will perform her classic song "The Beat Goes On", and yes, she dons a groovy and sparkly sequins ensemble for the performance.
