Netflix's hanky panky dramedy Sex Education recently debuted its second season, with strong results. Fortunately, we'll get yet another go at these horny Brits when the show returns for a third iteration.
The streamer confirmed that its quirky lil show will return for a third season.
While the second season of Sex Education was pretty much a flawless season of television, we don't yet have a date for when the next instalment will be available.
However, you can watch the season 3 announcement video, which features cast member Alistair Petrie (who plays Moordale Secondary School Headmaster Groff).
In addition to Anderson, Butterfield, Mackey etc., "Sex Education" stars Aimee-Lou Wood, Kedar Williams-Stirling, and Tanya Reynolds.
The series, which stars Asa Butterfield as an awkward teenager who begins doling out sex advice to his fellow high schoolers based on his sex therapist mom's (Gillian Anderson) candid tips, has become a critical darling, with both seasons hitting over 90% on Rotten Tomatoes and a fervent fan base that regularly raves about the series on social media. Judging by the success of Sex Education, that strategy is succeeding.
What will happen in Sex Education Season 3?
Netflix revealed streaming figures for Sex Education at the start of previous year.
Finishing up his scrutiny of the paintings, he leaves his on-screen son Adam (Connor Swindells) and Eric (Ncuti Gatwa) for last, saying: "I wonder what is in store for these two cherubs". However, there are a number of hints to the big plot points of Season 3, including Jean's surprise pregnancy and Eric and Adam's new relationship-though it remains to be seen whether Otis will take his relationship with the French cheese to the next level. As for Otis and Maeve, will she ever find out about the voicemail?
