Health officials will be able to go to the "COVID-19 Community Mobility Reports" website, pick their country and download a PDF that charts the community movements. "This information can help us understand how seriously people are taking the shelter at home order and what additional steps might be needed to slow the spread". And it has limits: For example, you may not be able to account for people who spend time near a place as part of allowed outdoor exercise routines.
