Marvel's Iron Man VR Takes Off With New July Release Date

Not to bad of a delay considering the original scheduled release was in May.

News on the front of the virtual reality video game "Marvel's Iron Man VR" which finally acquires a new release date.

On April 2nd, PlayStation shared the painful information about delaying two of their upcoming games. Though a reason for another delay was not given, it is most likely that the team developing the game just needs a little more time to polish the game up. They'll be able to fly around New York City shooting down bad guys and doing all those other wonderful things that Iron Man does. However, the announcement does mention more news about the experience will show up ahead of its debut. While the new release date for The Last of Us Part II was revealed quite earlier, PlayStation had no word about the release date of Marvel's Iron Man VR until now.

The game will be available on PlayStation VR. This year would most certainly be the end of PlayStation's current-gen console as the company hasn't hinted on any other first-party titles for PS4 as of now.

In the game, you play as genius inventor Tony Stark, who is attacked by the mysterious Ghost, a hacker and anti-corporate activist who repurposes old Stark Industries weapons to inflict mayhem. "In her efforts to topple his empire, Ghost attacks Stark's corporate locations around the world, leading to ever-escalating stakes and a final showdown".

Marvel's Iron Man VR will cost $39.99 and is exclusive PSVR.
