As he has before, Trump tweeted unproven theories that the death of Lori Klausutis, a staff member at Scarborough's Florida office in 2001, was an "unsolved case". "Stop spreading it, stop creating paranoia".
On Saturday, the president also tweeted out a story about his calls for further investigations into Klausutis's death, that a local medical examiner ruled accidental. She died in 2001 while working in Joe's Fort Walton Beach, FL congressional office when he was a U.S. Representative for Florida's 1st District. According to the Associated Press, the autopsy revealed that he had an undiagnosed heart condition and the coroner concluded that he passed out and hit his head when he fell.
Brzezinski attacked Trump, claiming his tweets are insensitive to Klausutis' family.
Trump often appeared on "Morning Joe" in 2015 and 2016 before he and the hosts became involved in their feud. "To do this just because you're made at Joe because Joe got ya again today?"
Mika called Trump a "cruel, sick, disgusting person" on the air after he tweeted, "Roger Stone has been treated very unfairly".
He asked why "guys like Low Ratings Psycho Joe Scarborough are allowed to walk the streets?"
She also demanded Twitter take down the president's incendiary tweets. How about that jury Forewoman, does anybody think that was fair. And Scarborough was in Washington, DC, at the time of her death. TAKE ACCOUNT OF TRUMP: The world will be safer.
"Because he speaks the truth", she added, "and he speaks plainly about your lack of interest and empathy in others, and your lack of ability to handle this massive human catastrophe?"
"Brzezinski tweeted on Wednesday "@jack At what point is @Twitter a part of this?
Earlier on Wednesday, US President Donald Trump again referenced a conspiracy theory related to the death of a young intern to Joe Scarborough, which happened some 19 years ago, insisting that the "cold case" against the MSNBC host be reopened.
Another clue to Trump's possible intentions came when Trump ally Florida GOP Rep. Matt Gaetz, who spent time with Trump at Camp David this weekend, tweeted Tuesday: 'Roger Stone should not spend one day in jail'.
