Samsung just announced that its next big hardware event does indeed take place on August 5, as had been previously rumored.

Like many large gatherings, including Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference, Unpacked is heading online in 2020 as the coronavirus crisis continues unabated in the U.S.

What we are expecting is an official reveal of the Galaxy Note 20, which has been having details leak since May and is expected to include both 6.7-inch and 6.9-inch Super AMOLED display options.

The event will be broadcast live on Samsung's corporate homepage and its newsroom website. Samsung's invite also shows a splash of copper.

Like this year's S20 Ultra, the souped up Note might come with an innovative video camera system with an Space Zoom feature.

Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Leaks Once More as Note 20 Debut Gets A Date 2

According to previous rumours, the Galaxy Note20 Ultra packs Snapdragon 865+ and features a 120Hz LTPO display with a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 (QHD).

All three models have 5G support and come with Samsung's Infinity-O display, which covers the entire face of the phone, with exceptionally thin bezels around the edge. It's being said that the second-generation model could be cheaper than the original model which was launched at $1980.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is becoming less of a secret by the hour.

The phone posseses an Exynos 980 chipset, the midrange 5G platform by Samsung, and that comes with better performance compared to the Exynos 9611-powered LTE version of the Galaxy A51. Though there's a chance we could see these devices launching before the Unpacked 2020.
