Trump suggested on Twitter Thursday morning that people vote in person as well as by mail to be "ASSURED THAT YOUR PRECIOUS VOTE HAS BEEN COUNTED". The true threat to a fair election are efforts by Republicans in many states to suppress the votes of Black Americans and students, voting blocs that lean toward Democrats.
