The new QuietComfort Earbuds will come in two colors, Triple Black and Soapstone.
The giant has been a leader when it comes to noise cancellation and we shouldn't be surprised if the upcoming earbuds manage to outdo the majority of competitors like the Apple Airpods Pro. In other words, it'll feature Bose's signature active noise-cancelling technology. However, the company had to delay the development and release of the earbuds due to various reasons (maybe due to COVID-19). The video looked authentic, and an authentic source put it on the web.
What to expect from the Bose QuietComfort Earbuds? But, this is Bose, so naturally, the company promises rich and strong bass, and also says there will be no sibilance - which will be interesting to test for ourselves. The true wireless earphones are IPX4-resistant to sweat or water, there's touch playback/call control, and each of the buds tips the scales at 0.3 oz (8.5 g). As a result, you can use these earbuds while working out without any fear of damaging them.
According to Bose, the QuietComfort earbuds can deliver up to 6 hours of playback between trips to their carrying case with a USB-C connector.
Bose mentions that it has used a "custom-designed microphone array" in the earbuds to provide excellent communication while using them for phone calls.
The QuietComfort Earbuds is priced at $279 which is roughly ₹20,600. Apart from that, Apple is also soon releasing their new AirPods Studio headphones that will have noise cancellation as well as have unique features which means competition is going to heat up even more.
At present, Bose sells its SoundSport Free as the sole entry in the truly wireless headphones category.
The Sports Earbuds will have up to five hours of continuous listening and come in three colors: Triple Black, Baltic Blue and Glacier White.
Bose makes pretty bold claims regarding the sound, claiming you won't find better sounding wireless earbuds. These are made from silicone and don't stray too much from other ear tips we've seen. Since the Sport Earbuds come in a slightly smaller form factor, the battery life is also slightly lower at 5 hours per charge. Over 20 years of noise-canceling tech will now be implemented in a smaller build than ever before. Bose products for the home, in the vehicle, on the go and in public spaces have become iconic, changing the way people listen to music.
