Continuing that trend, the Cupertino-based tech giant launch the all-new iPad Air at its Time Flies event. To allow the display to extend on all sides, a next-generation Touch ID sensor is integrated into the top button, providing the same fast, easy, and secure way to unlock iPad Air, log in to apps. iPad Air is compatible with Magic Keyboard - which was released earlier this year - and its floating design as well as the Keyboard's built-in trackpad.
Foxconn, the same manufacturer that produces most iPhones, would be in charge of making this new keyboard that would be sold as an accessory for the iPad, according to the report. DigiTimes said in January that Apple is working on a Smart Keyboard for the iPad Pro, with backlit keys, a feature that hasn't been around on those keyboards - it only exists on MacBook keyboards.
These include the Apple Pencil 2 ($189), which has super-low lag for a more life-like writing experience, and lets you double-tap to quickly change functions.
Here's how much all the newly announced Apple products cost in India.
With the Apple Watch SE ($416), you'll get the essential functions from the latest Apple Watch Series 6 - including the accelerometer, compass, altimeter and gyroscope. Could products such as the Apple Watch SE tempt more Indians to hop on to the Apple Watch ecosystem? With the cellular-enabled models (from $499), users are able to send voice and text messages with the watch alone, while family members can keep track of their location and set alerts. The new iPad Air is due to be available at Apple Certified Resellers in October. It's also worth noting that the holiday shopping season hasn't begun just yet, so we could see an even better deal on the new iPad in the coming months - but that's not a guarantee.
