Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey are rom-com goals.
Hudson said Matthew McConaughey, her frequent co-star in films like "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days" and "Fools' Gold", was probably the worst, given the on-set circumstances when they filmed their kissing scenes. So, they're basically the Meg Ryan and Tom Hanks of the 2000s, right?
"He looked like he would be a good kisser", Paltrow mused.
'Honestly, I feel like I kind of haven't had the best kissers, ' Kate shared. "I feel like I should have had better ones".
She added, "Like once we had been kissing, like, in the long run of Fool's Gold, we're like within the ocean, we had the aircraft crash, he simply had snot throughout his face!"
During their discussion, Gwyneth Paltrow confessed that she felt odd kissing the Hollywood A-lister and described it as lip-locking a family member.
"We had a kissing scene in the ice room, which then wasn't in the movie", she added.
Gwyneth, for her part, wondered if kissing someone she's worked with so much may have felt more like 'brother energy, ' as that's how it felt for her with fellow Marvel actor Robert Downey Jr.
It appears Paltrow was able to relate to the "You, Me and Dupree" actress, as she asked Kate whether the Texas-born actor gives off that "brother energy".
Hudson, however, did admit she had one memorable on-screen kiss with her "Almost Famous" co-star Billy Crudup, but it didn't make the cut. Why they couldn't have shared those instead of McConaughey's snot-kissing, we'll never know. "Billy was good. That was good". She shares two children, daughter Apple, 16, and son Moses, 14, with ex-husband Chris Martin.
Paltrow quipped, "He looked like he would be a good kisser". "What do you mean?"
"They're both, like, type-A, organized, and so Susan and Gwyneth organize our ability to stay close and keep our doors open to each other and be current with each other's lives and each other's kids", Downey said, per Mass Live. "Come on... I imply, it's wonderful the belongings you do get away with".
