These are not separate expansions, so it will be necessary to have a copy of Borderlands 3 to access these contents.

Borderlands 3 fans can look forward to a wealth of new content coming to the game with the second installment of the game's season pass.

Borderlands 3 launches for Xbox Series X on November 10 and PlayStation 5 on November 12, the same date as the consoles themselves.

In a move that has surprised no one, 2K Games and Gearbox have announced that they are creating another season pass for Borderlands 3 to keep the DLC train going.

The first add-on, Designer's Cut, will introduce an additional Skill Tree for each Vault Hunter, a new standalone mode called Arms Race, and more.

KitGuru Says: Borderlands 3 "Director's Cut" DLC details are being kept under wraps for now, but this idea seems intriguing.

The group's arrangements for the fate of Borderlands 3 were enlightened in an ongoing blog entry on the Borderlands site. The Designer's Cut is set to deliver on November tenth, while the Director's Cut will be accessible in 2021. Plus, players get brand new looks for all four Vault Hunters. These will all be revealed over the rest of the month, with Amara and FL4K skill trees on 20th October, Moze and Zane's on 22nd October, the Arms Race mode on 29th October, and the first live play-through of the mode on 30th October.

The pass will go on sale on November 10, which is the same day the Designer's Cut DLC will drop and when the next-gen upgrades arrive.
