The exact moment is when Sacha's Borat barged in on Rudy and actress Maria, wearing some pink lingerie.
The compromising scene was shot in July, and features Giuliani lying on a bed and tucking in his shirt with his hand down his trousers.
Giuliani sits down with Bakalova for an interview, which he believes is legitimate and on the Trump administration's response to the coronavirus. On Wednesday, Oct. 22, the former mayor of New York City tweeted that the scene in which he appears is a "complete fabrication".
He then asks for her phone number, and lies back on the bed to tuck in his shirt after she helps remove his recording equipment.
He then lies back on the bed and appears to have his hands in his pants, before Baron Cohen, dressed in lingerie, bursts in and says: "She's 15, she's too old for you, she's my daughter". And then, an embarrassing video of Giuliani came out courtesy of Sacha Baron Cohen.
Giuliani's encounter with Cohen is featured in Borat Subsequent Moviefilm. He says his portrayal in the film is a concerted effort to distract from the upcoming U.S. election.
The film will be released on Amazon on Friday, October 23, but several of the pranks Cohen's pulls in character as Borat during its production have already made the headlines.
The 49-year-old told the publication: "Bear in mind, I spent five hours in makeup that morning with the prosthetic team changing my face into Trump's face". "I warn you: anyone else try this, and Rudolph will not hesitate to reach into his legal briefs and whip out his supenis", Sacha's Borat added in the clip, which he called "OFFICIAL STATEMENT FROM BORAT SAGDIYEV".
Borat is back - and the fictional Kazakh journalist's new film spells bad news for Holocaust deniers, Donald Trump supporters and the president's personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani.
"This guy comes running in, wearing a insane, what I would say was a pink transgender outfit", Giuliani said.
Meanwhile, in a more critical review that labels the film as, "an amusingly harebrained scheme", Devika Girish of The New York Times points out an issue that Baron Cohen himself has discussed: his own recognizability.
"I only later realized it must have been Sacha Baron Cohen", Giualiani told Page Six at the time.
