Recently, Lenovo has teased the release of its new smartphone series.
As per the leaks, Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G will feature a punch-hole design with a slim bottom bezel and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for secure biometric authentication. There is no word on the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G's availability in India at the moment, but given that the Mi 10T Lite did not make it to India, it is safe to expect the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G to arrive to Indian shores. An image circulating in Weibo gives clues about other technical features of the phone. One post confirms that girls band Florist Show will be performing at the event, and another confirms that Weibing will be hosting a unique talk show to launch the three phones. The company has also added a tagline that reads "Three Swords Together". The company is expected to launch three new smartphones at the 26 November event. Xiaomi, on the other hand, has already been operating a limited Android 11-based MIUI 12 pilot program since September for a handful of Mi/Redmi smartphones.
The new phones are speculated to be under Lenovo's Lemon series and come as affordable options to attract the masses.
Redmi is all set to take off covers from the Redmi Note 9 5G lineup on Thursday. This is an affordable range of smartphones made for the masses. Gizmochina has reported in its report that the company's post on Weibo shows that the Redmi Note 9 series will be launched on this day.
According to some of the recent reports, Lenovo may also introduce Moto G9 Power with a rebranding. The model will be presented in two versions - with 128 and 256 GB of permanent memory. But nothing is announced by the company, so we can not be sure of this news. Moreover, the leaks also revealed that the phone will feature a 6.68-inch LCD with 120Hz refresh rate.
While the Redmi Note 9 will have 48MP main camera and a 4,900 mAh battery, the Pro variant could get a 108MP camera and a 4,720 mAh battery.
