91Mobiles and Ishan Agarwal revealed plenty of details about the Poco M3 last week, but Xiaomi is now doing the same. Poco is the company's affordable series. However, looking at the specifications of the handset, it is likely to be priced at around Rs. 15,000.
The biggest change in the POCO M3 as compared to its predecessor is the rear design.
POCO global has finally broken the silence and the official teaser of POCO M3 is out now. The tipster notes that the smartphone with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage will be priced between Euro 149 and Euro 159, which ranges between Rs 13,100 and Rs 14,000. The chipset here is coupled with 4GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128GB of UFS 2.2 built-in storage. According to the information given by the company; The device offers a usage time of 5 days with non-intensive use and up to 3 days with an average use.
As we have already stated in the past, the Poco M3 features a OnePlus 8T Cyberpunk Edition-like camera island with the Poco branding.
As for the smartphone itself, the POCO M3 will feature a 6.53-inch Dot Drop LCD with FHD+ resolution and Widevine L1 certification, as well as TÜV Rheinland certification for low blue-light emission. Under its hood, the smartphone will get the power from an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC teamed up with 4GB of RAM. As for software, the POCO M3 is running MIUI 12 for POCO, based on Android 10.
POCO M3 Price is $149. The design renders gave us a closer look at the rear panel's textured finish and the camera module. A recent teaser video also suggests that the M3 will feature a triple-camera setup with a 48 MP camera sensor at the helm. The latest also reveals that the main camera will be equipped with a 48MP sensor. It has hybrid slot which can act as dual sim slot or expandable slot.
In Malaysia, the POCO Yellow model will be arriving at a later date but the other two colour options will be available starting November 27 in two storage configurations - 4GB + 64GB and 4GB + 128GB.
