It's over for "Bachelorette" couple Clare Crawley and Dale Moss. Then in the fourth episode, Crawley picked Moss as her final rose. Eventually, host Chris Harrison told Crawley that the season couldn't continue in that manner and Crawley told the rest of the men that she wanted to pursue things with Moss. "It's really rare that you connect on that same page at the same time, so it was just - it was one of those magical things that I guess just happens". Luckily, Moss reciprocated those feelings and the two got engaged.
On Jan. 19, Moss confirmed his split from Crawley in a post on Instagram, revealing the choice to break up the engagement was the "healthiest decision" for both parties.
"I wanted share with you all that Clare and I have chose to go our separate ways". Clare started numerous arguments, and Dale would try not to rock the boat too much, but it all became too much for the both of them. We have this connection where it feels like I've known him forever. When it comes to what led to the split, multiple new reports are shedding light on the problems in the couple's relationship.
He continued, "We strongly believe in leading with love and always remaining true to oneself - something our families have taught and instilled in us throughout our lives". I try and sing and laugh to add a little sunshine to her day, even if it's only for the 20 minutes they allow. Although Dale, 32, cares deeply for Clare, 39, a source told E! They are mainly in disagreement over lifestyle preferences. "They're in communication but on a break".
Sparks flew for Clare and Dale the second they locked eyes on the first episode of The Bachelorette, with Clare gushing to the cameras after their initial meeting, "I think I may have just met my husband".
Interestingly enough, that confidante claimed the pair were still figuring out "if they will stay together".
"Dale wants to be in a lively city and focus on his career, and Clare is rooted in Sacramento to help care for her mom", the source went on. "It's been very tense recently between them".
If Clare and Dale would've had at least a little more time to get to know each other, they might've known if they were truly compatible. One thing we do know for sure - they were dating from a distance. he lived in NYC, and she was on the West Coast in Sacramento - which is always a toughie.
